The Guernsey Rugby Academy has established an Elite Player Development Pathway (EPDP)
This is available for u13s through u18s with special EPD coaching sessions to be held on three Mondays of every month.
The objective of EPDP is to help young Guernsey players achieve a minimum skill set by the time they reach the age of 16. This minimum standard will allow players to progress to playing within the senior playing structures in Guernsey and also to further their chances of playing at County standard and above.

EPDP :
• Aims to identify and develop young players potential to play at higher levels of the game .
• Is a Guernsey Rugby Academy run programme within a national framework.
• Should develop individual core technical skills with a tactical appreciation of the game.
• Will introduce players and parents to the key lifestyle, fitness and mental components.
